Full Paper Submission Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in submitting a full paper to the Conference Proceedings of ICLD 2025. To ensure uniformity and adherence to academic standards, all submissions generally follow the APA (7th edition) style. Please adhere to the following guidelines when preparing your manuscript.
1. General Formatting
- Paper Length: 4000 – 5000 words, including references, tables, and appendices.
- Font & Size: Use Times New Roman, 12-point font.
- Line Spacing: Single-spaced throughout the document.
- Margins: 1-inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
- Alignment: Justify
- Paragraph Indentation: Use one tab (0.5-inch) first-line indent for each paragraph.
2. Paper Structure
Your paper should include the following sections:
Title
- Title of the paper (bold, centered, title case)
- Author(s) name(s), affiliation(s), and email(s)
Abstract & Keywords
- Abstract (150-200 words) summarizing the background of the study, the purpose of the paper, research methodology, and main findings/results, and conclusion.
- Include 3-5 keywords below the abstract.
Main Body
- Introduction: Clearly state the background of the study, the research problem, objectives, and significance.
- Literature Review: Provide a comprehensive review of relevant research.
- Methodology: Describe research design, research site, participants, instruments, data collection and data analysis.
- Results and Discussion: Present findings with relevant data, tables, or figures, and interpret findings, implications, and limitations.
- Conclusion and Recommendation: Summarize key points and suggest future research directions or practical recommendations.
References
- Use APA (7th edition) referencing style.
- List references in alphabetical order.
- Use hanging indent (0.5 inches).

Journal Article:

Book:

Conference Paper:

3. Tables & Figures
- Tables: Label as "Table X" (e.g., Table 1), with a descriptive title above.
- Figures: Label as "Figure X" (e.g., Figure 1), with a caption below.
- Ensure tables and figures are referenced within the text.
4. In-Text Citations
- Use author-date citation format (e.g., Smith, 2020).
- For direct quotes, include the page number (e.g., Johnson, 2019, p. 45).
- For three or more authors, use et al. after the first author's name (e.g., Lee et al., 2021).
5. Submission Process
- Submit the full paper in Microsoft Word (.docx) format using the official ICLD 2025 template. The template can be downloaded HERE.
- File name format: ICLD2025_Firstname_Lastname.docx
- Upload via the ICLD 2025 submission portal by April 30, 2025.
- Submissions will be double-blind peer reviewed.
- Acceptance notifications will be sent by May 30, 2025.
